Proximity to the tram line for access to the city centre. The hotel was basic, but clean and functional.
The bar facility at night was very basic and on one evening we arrived back at 11.00pm intending to have a night cap but the bar was closed.

The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with all basic amenities, including private bathrooms. The location is convenient, as it is situated next door to a large Police station and can be easily accessed by direct tram.
No significant negatives, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel is located in a great area close to plenty of restaurants and shops. the breakfast spread was abundant, with a variety of options to choose from.
The rooms were a bit outdated and could do with some freshening up. the lack of amenities such as shampoo and shower gel made the stay a bit inconvenient.

The hotel had a great breakfast to start the workday with and the staff was very friendly and always willing to assist. its location was very convenient, close to the business district and easy to access by public transportation.
The hotel lacked proper maintenance. The room was shabby and outdated.
